The B&B Napoli Time Regulations are established to guarantee everyone a uniform, orderly, peaceful and peaceful use of the structure.
It has a contractual nature between B&B Napoli Time and the Guest, therefore, the request to stay and the acceptance of this request, implies the total consent of these Regulations.
Each guest undertakes to observe the aforementioned rules, as well as the rules established to guarantee management security and public order.
Documents:
The identification documents are mandatory for all customers, adults and children, who present themselves at the check-in for the overnight stay.
Any temporary guests, subject to management's authorization, must present themselves with an identity document for registration and cannot remain beyond h.23.00.
IT IS ABSOLUTELY FORBIDDEN TO STAY PEOPLE IN THE ROOM WHO HAVE NOT BEEN REGISTERED BY AUTHORIZED PERSONNEL.
Customers who booked through agencies, tour operators, web portals or through the website of the www.bbnapolitime.it structure must present themselves with the booking document / voucher.
The choice and designation of the room is at the discretion of the Management.
Check in:
It is scheduled from 13:00 until 21.00
(if a surcharge of € 10 per room can be applied late) and, in case of arrival before the scheduled time, if the room is ready and available, we will be happy to deliver it, otherwise, you can take advantage of a luggage storage .
On the last day, the room must be vacated by 11.00 a.m.
Check-out:
On the day of departure, the rooms must be vacated by 11:00 and the keys of the same must be delivered to the Reception to the staff who checks the data in use (in order to avoid discussions, we invite you to communicate any breakages).
B&B Napoli Time offers its customers free luggage storage until the time of departure.
Check-out time-delay:
It must be requested at the reception on the day of check-out.
Payment for extra hours may be required.
Restrictions:
Minors only accompanied by parents. Weapons, drugs, and excess alcoholic drinks are not allowed. All rooms are non-smoking.
You can request the double bed or if you want two single beds. The customer who causes damage to the structure, its equipment or the objects in use due to improper use, negligence or neglect, will be charged the necessary amounts for repairs, replacements and cleaning of the case.
For ascertained subtractions, the law will proceed.
All charges in case of customer defaults will be applied directly using the credit card data provided by the customer when booking. The Management is not liable for damages resulting from events of force majeure or the shortage of objects and / or valuables of the guests (each Guest is required to take care of the custody of the objects they own or to request safekeeping from the reception staff).
Common services:
B&B Napoli Time has various services designed for guests' comfort. It is required to use the services and equipment offered with care; if used improperly, soiled or damaged negligently, you are responsible for the damage caused. The costs of any damaged items or the absence of which occurred after the stay will be charged to the Customers. Each guest must maintain appropriate behavior so as not to disturb those present. Any activity that may compromise the safety and quiet of guests is prohibited. The room keys must be returned upon departure. Failure to return or damage them will entail the guest's obligation to pay a fee, by way of compensation of € 100.00.
